CCS is a privately held organization, registered in Luxembourg, that has grown organically over the years and now operates across most European countries as well as the MENA region. It serves more than 1 million people and continues to expand, integrating new technologies to enhance its service offerings.
It is supported by a network of over 2,000 professional counsellors, all meeting the highest credentials in their respective countries. It also provides in-country call answering services, enabling support in more than 31 languages.
CCS has a dedicated back-office team and makes use of a state-of-the-art case management system, developed in the past two years to replace the former data management system. This platform allows flexible reporting on service utilization while ensuring full GDPR compliance.
