Youness Rhallam is CEO at Alpha Assurances, one of the largest independent insurance brokers in Morocco and a subsidiary of Akwa Group. Youness has extensive experience working with multinational and national corporations in many different fields including emerging technologies, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, real estate, retail, software, call centers transportation, fuel, and gas distribution. Youness is multilingual and conducts his daily business in Arabic and French. He has a Master in Management Science from La Sorbone University.
