Carla Alves is Marketing & Operations Director. With 17 years of insurance broking experience, Carla developed her career in MDS Portugal where she gained experience in client management, marketing, and business applications as a Business Development Executive. As General Manager of Brokerage at MDS, she managed large accounts and led the delivery and implementation of strategic IT systems for the company. She was also Manager Director of MDS Affinity. Carla Alves received her degree in Management from IESF, Portugal and has a Post-Degree in Marketing from IPAM in Portugal, Insurance Management from Catholic University of Portugal's, and a graduation in Accelerated Development from London Business School.
