Biography
François Masson graduated from ESC Saint-Etienne, he joined AGF, which later became Allianz, in 1989 and held various positions in the Property and Casualty Insurance Inspection of the Agencies in France. He then joined the "Strategic Property and Casualty Insurance" department of AGF in Paris, and in 2001, he moved to the subsidiary AGF in Beirut, Lebanon, where he served as Director of Non-Life Development, particularly in charge of the "health" branch.
In 2009, while serving as a board member and CEO of Allianz Benin (and also as a board member of Société Générale de Banque in Benin), he left the Allianz group to establish "Bilan Santé International": an Insurance Brokerage company specialized in international health and life insurance consulting (winner of the Insurance Brokerage Awards in 2013).
