Manuel Fonseca

José Manuel Dias da Fonseca is a renowned risk management expert, Chief Executive Officer of MDS Group. He was also Vice President of FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations) for several years. Prior to joining MDS he was responsible for launching "bancassurance" in Portugal, founded a pension fund management company and was President of a Portuguese insurance company. He received a degree in Economics and a post-degree in "Management Publique" from ENA, Ecole Nationale d'Administration, in Paris. José Manuel is Brokerslink Chairman.
